Hageman and Jones, proprietors of The
Monterey, which is without doubt the most unique and elegantly furnished
European hotel west of Chicago, have completed all arrangements for
opening this beautiful place, and announce that it will be thrown open
to the public on Friday evening of this week at 7 o'clock, when they
invite the people of Monterey, Pacific Grove and vicinity to pay a visit
of inspection....
